Dodik Wijanarko, citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, born in Kediri, January 3, 1963, is a retired Army officer who graduated from the Military Academy in 1985 with the last rank of Lieutenant General. This three-star general served as the Special Staff of the TNI Commander in the period 2018-2020. Before being appointed as the President Commissioner of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), Dodik Wijanarko assumed the task of being the Central Commander of the Army Military Police in 2020-2021.

William P. Sabandar, citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, born in Makassar, November 4, 1966, has more than 25 years of solid experience in development and crisis management in various fields including as Head of Nias Islands Reconstruction 2005 – 2009; Special Envoy of the Secretary General of ASEAN concurrently Head of Operations for Myanmar Reconstruction 2009 – 2010; Director of Corporate Affairs of the ASEAN Secretariat 2011 – 2012; Expert Assistant to the Head of the Presidential Work Unit for Development Supervision and Control (UKP4) 2012-2014, Head of Operations for the National REDD+ Task Force 2014 – 2015; Senior Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, concurrently Head of the National Task Force for the Acceleration of New Renewable Energy Development and Energy Conservation 2015 – 2016.

His expertise includes regional transport infrastructure, post-disaster reconstruction large-scale, multi-sectoral national development facilitator, particularly in the fields of energy, natural resource management, and the environment.
Bambang Kristiyono, citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, born in Bojonegoro, January 15, 1964, is a retired National Police graduate from the Police Academy in 1988 with the last rank of Inspector General. This two-star general served as the Main Policy Analyst for the Sabhara Baharkam Polri in 2019. Prior to being appointed as Commissioner of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), Bambang Kristiyono assumed the duties of being the Head of the North Kalimantan Regional Police for 2020-2022.
